Available in several grades according to the amount of carbon in the mix, from low to very high. Flanges made from carbon steel are known for their strength, ductility, hardness, and impact resistance.

Containing one or more of a long list of alloying “chromium, molybdenum, manganese and many more” with and without heat treatment, to produce Flanges with a wide range of performance-enhancing properties. Consult us regarding your specific needs.

The addition of chromium and other alloying elements produces the special properties of the steels in the stainless-steel range, including excellent resistance to corrosion and impacts, and high strength, among other features. Many of these Flanges can be further hardened through heat treatment.

High-performance or “super alloys” are used in the most demanding applications, where their excellent creep resistance at high temperatures, good mechanical strength and surface stability, and resistance to the processes of corrosion and oxidation are vital. A wide range of Flanges can be produced depending on your specific performance needs.

Monel® is the trademark name applied to a series of nickel and copper alloys. These alloys are extremely resistant to corrosion and acids and are therefore highly prized in marine applications and environments where there will be exposure to harsh acids and corrosive media.
The reddish-orange tone of this naturally malleable metal is familiar to everyone, having been in use for thousands of years. It is prized in alloys for adding to impact resistance, strength and hardness.

Titanium alloys are metals which contain a mixture of titanium and other chemical elements Such alloys have very high tensile strength and toughness (even at extreme temperatures). They are light in weight, have extraordinary corrosion resistance and the ability to withstand extreme temperatures. However, the high cost of both raw materials and processing limit their use to military applications, aircraft, spacecraft medical devices,
Auto manufacturers Porsche and Ferrari also use titanium alloys in engine components due to its durable properties in these high stress engine environments.
ROSSI can produce vary grade of titanium Flanges.

ROSSI produces special pieces such as Y Tees, Tees & Lateral Tees are made according to client’s drawings or designed and calculated by our team, in accordance with the main international codes such as ASME B31.1, ASME B31.3, ASME VIII, TRD 301, TRD 303 with dedicated software.
In addition, ROSSI is capable of producing UREA PLANT FITTINGS. All fittings are made with Stainless Steel which is specially modified for UREA service and dimension with client’s design.
